Neftaly Family Safety Leadership Workshops

Overview

The Neftaly Family Safety Leadership Workshops are designed to empower families with practical knowledge, leadership skills, and strategies to create safer homes and communities. These workshops provide parents, guardians, and youth with the tools to recognize risks, prevent accidents, and respond effectively to emergencies.


Objectives

  • To build safety leadership skills within families.
  • To strengthen awareness of home, school, and community safety risks.
  • To equip families with emergency preparedness and response strategies.
  • To foster a culture of shared responsibility for safety among all family members.
  • To create networks of peer leaders and role models who promote family and community safety.

Key Workshop Components

  1. Home Safety Awareness
    • Fire safety, first aid, and safe use of household equipment.
    • Preventing injuries and hazards in everyday family life.
  2. Personal & Digital Safety
    • Teaching children about personal boundaries and online safety.
    • Recognizing and reporting unsafe behaviors.
  3. Emergency Preparedness
